Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Gidicam handles and why. Gidifix Software Team is responsible for it. Contact: gidifix.software.team@proton.me.

Your camera video

• Local filters run entirely on your computer. That video never leaves your PC.
• AI looks: while an AI look is live, your camera video, your prompt and any reference image are streamed to our AI provider, Decart, to be transformed in real time. Gidicam does not record or store this video.
• Snapshots and clips are saved only on your computer, and only when you press the button.

Data we keep

• Subscription details: if you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email and payment details to process payment. We receive your email, order and license key, but never your full card number.
• Usage: for each license key we store the AI minutes used each month, the times sessions start, and an identifier for each computer it is activated on. We use this to enforce your plan and the two-computer limit.
• Settings and looks you save are stored on your own computer, not on our servers.

Gidicam has no ads and does not sell your data. This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics.

Twitch chat

If you turn on chat looks, Gidicam reads your channel's public chat anonymously to spot !look commands. It doesn't sign in to Twitch or store chat messages.

Who processes data for us

• Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax and license keys.
• Decart: real-time AI video processing.
• Cloudflare: hosting for this website and the Gidicam license and usage service.

These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep subscription and usage records for as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing gidifix.software.team@proton.me. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell subscribers by email if the change is significant.
