Try it free first

The free version of Gidicam, with local filters and the virtual camera, needs no payment. Please check it works with your webcam and call app before subscribing.

Your first payment

If Gidicam Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. We will refund it in full as long as you have used fewer than 3 of your AI minutes. Above that, we refund the payment minus the AI minutes used, at $1.20 a minute, the price our AI provider charges us.

Renewals

Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.

When something goes wrong

If an outage on our side stopped AI looks from working, tell us. We will add the lost minutes back to your account or refund that month.

How to ask

Email gidifix.software.team@proton.me with the email address you subscribed with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, normally within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
