These terms cover your use of the Gidicam app and the Gidicam Pro subscription. Gidicam is run by Gidifix Software Team (“we”, “us”). By installing Gidicam or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

What Gidicam does

Gidicam is a Windows app that restyles your webcam video. Local filters run on your own computer. AI looks are created in real time by our AI provider while you are live. You can send the result to other apps, such as Zoom, Google Meet or OBS, through a virtual camera.

Subscriptions and payment

• Gidicam Pro is billed monthly in advance. Our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, handles checkout, payment, taxes and invoices.
• Each billing month includes the number of AI minutes shown on the pricing page. Minutes are counted per started minute while an AI look is live, Fast mode counts double, and unused minutes do not carry over.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We may change prices or included minutes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your renewal.
• A license key can be used on up to two computers at a time. Don't share or resell it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Gidicam to:

• impersonate a real person, or make someone appear to be a real person they are not;
• deceive people in a way that could cause them harm, including fraud or identity verification bypass;
• create sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you or your viewers are;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone;
• infringe someone else's copyright or trademark, for example with reference images you don't have the right to use;
• try to bypass minute limits, share license keys, or attack or overload our servers.

Reference images must be drawn, animated or illustrated characters, not photos of real people. Our AI provider may also refuse some prompts, for example those naming copyrighted characters or studios.

If you break these rules we may suspend or end your access. If you have paid, we will refund any unused part of your current month unless the breach was serious or deliberate.

Your content

Your video, prompts and reference images stay yours. You give us and our AI provider permission to process them only to produce your restyled video while you are live. See the privacy policy for details.

Availability

Gidicam depends on your internet connection and on third-party services. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. If the AI stalls, Gidicam tries to show your real camera instead, but it may not catch every failure.

Liability

Gidicam is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
